HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?

It can vary due to what is being repaired, We try to get the job all sorted within an hour. This normally includes the time to diagnose as well. Efficiency is a priority at our firm

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? IS THERE ALWAYS A CALLOUT FEE?

Bartlett Electricals accept Card and Cash payments, at this moment in time we take payment at the time of repair we currently do not give credit to customers at this moment in time

We do always have a callout charge, no matter how short of time we are at the property. Unfortunately due to fuel prices we do charge even if the machine is beyond economical repair or the machine can't be repaired.

DO YOU RE-GAS REFRIGERATION?

Unfortunetly Bartlett Electricals do not re-gas refrigerated appliances, due to the costing of the gas and the lack of longevity re-gassed appliances last we have decided not re-gas them. However we can still diagnose all types of refrigeration and repair the appliance electronically.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE REPLACEMENT PARTS?

We source Genuine or Copy parts. We normally give the customer the choice between the two as the price difference between the two can be quite dramatic! For normal wear and tear items we aim to use genuine parts from the manufacturer
